At Black’s Pest Services, we make protecting your home easy and affordable. Our comprehensive quarterly service covers nearly all pests common to Oregon—excluding wildlife. No contracts, no early cancellation fees, just reliable pest control when you need it.
Short Term Pest Control:
We offer flexible pest control warranties to fit your needs, ranging from 1 month to 1 year. Our coverage includes nearly all pests, with the exception of wildlife. Some pests, like rodents, come with extended warranty terms due to their complexity. With our pay-once model, all follow-up visits are completely free, giving you peace of mind without the extra cost.
Crawl Space:
Our crawl space services include the removal and replacement of vapor barriers, patching of vents and other openings, and removal of contaminated debris. While we don’t remove attached insulation or large items, we ensure that everything that fits in a large garbage bag is cleared, leaving your crawl space clean and secure.
